Receipts are usually printed at the point of sale, after the method of payment has been indicated. By default, receipts are printed for every cash transaction. However, other payment methods such as External payment, Integrated Terminals, Reztic, NFC, VIPPS, and Zero payment would require that the cashier activates or checks the print receipt box in the Order Overview screen.
If a cashier forgets to print a receipt for a customer or if a customer requests for a receipt after the order has been processed, a receipt can be printed from the purchase history. Cashiers can select a date to print a copy of a receipt.
The following steps will guide a cashier in printing a receipt from Purchase history:
From the Menu bar, select Purchase history.
A list of all purchases will be displayed, each purchase has a receipt with a unique code sorted according to the recent date. The left and right arrows enable the cashier to navigate to previous days and next days respectively. The cashier can also tap on the date and a calendar will be displayed this will enable the cashier to select specific days.
Select the receipt to be printed.
The receipt information is displayed showing the products the customer purchased, the time of purchase, and the means/method of payment.
A transaction paid with Edenred voucher
A transaction paid with Cash and MobilePay
At the bottom of the screen, select Print receipt.
The receipt will be printed.
Tips:
If the cashier tries to print another copy of the receipt a pop-up window will alert the cashier that only one copy of a receipt can be printed.
