Individual products contained in a customer's order can be given cash or percentage discounts.

  1. Add the products to the customer’s order.

  2. Select Process Order, an Order Overview screen is displayed.

  3. Select the product the discount is to be added. For example: a 10% discount is to be given on the Pasta Caserole product.

  4. Tap on the product for about 2 seconds.

  5. Select Add discount by the right.

  6. Select the type of discount (cash or percentage).

  7. Type out the amount using the numbers displayed.

  8. Select CONFIRM.

  9. The discount given will be displayed in red as a CASHIER: Discount under the product on the left side of the screen.

Note: After adding the discount, the cashier can continue the order process.
