All the pictures used by an outlet for product illustration purposes are displayed under the picture tab of the outlet. Administrators can do either of the following as regards pictures:

• Upload all the pictures that will be used in an outlet before creating products.
• Administrators can choose to download the pictures when creating each of the products for the outlet.
• Administrators can select the picture that would be used for each outlet under the Picture tab. This selected picture would be displayed as a background picture on the external screen of the PoS device. This is the picture that will be seen by customers when the cashier is adding products to their baskets.
