All orders made by customers under a particular Outlet can be seen. For example, if a merchant called Burger Restaurant Jyväskylä has 6 Outlets, each outlet has its own list of orders.

Note: In the figure below, notice that Lakeside Grilling Point and Maryland were not published hence they are hidden.

1. Select the chosen Outlet. For example, Main Outlet.

2. The basic information about the selected Oytlet will be displayed. At the right side of the screen click the ORDERS tab.

   

3. A list of all the orders under the chosen outlet will be displayed.

   

4. More information about each Order can be found by selecting an order from the list. The information includes:

   • The Basic information includes: Order details, User details, and Payment details
   • Items: The Items tab contains information about each product purchased. It includes the number of items, name of product, options, unit price, and total price.
   • The Statuses tab contains information about when the order was created, the status code as regards how the order is being updated from one status to another, and the messages attached to the order. It informs the administrator about the lifecycle of the order as it is being updated by the kitchen staff via the Yorma interface.
