The Yonoton Order Management tool is called Yorma. It is an order management platform used to receive orders sent by cashiers in the shops/restaurants as well as orders sent by customers through different sales channels such as the Kiosk platform.
Certain products requested by customers need to be prepared by a kitchen staff, hence Yorma helps in ensuring that the orders are sent appropriately and notes can be attached to them.
