If a user has made an order using webshop, it is possible for the administrator or merchant supervisor to add additional notes to the order on the admin console.

For example, if a web shop user makes a purchase and wants to add some notes after submitting the order, it is possible for the app user to call the restaurant and then the administrator can add the information to the order using the Admin console.

To add additional notes do the following

1. Select the outlet

2. Identify the order by using the order number

3. At the right-hand side of the screen, click inside the Additional notes text-box

   

4. Insert the additional notes

   

5. Click Save
