Administrators can set an exceptional opening hour for a specific day or for specific days. Exceptions could be used to indicate limited opening hours or a day when the site is completely closed. These exceptions can be set in advance. The following will guide the administrators in setting Exceptional Opening hours.

• On the Opening hours section, click Add new exceptions at the bottom of the page.

• Edit the date, and then fill in:
• The Name of the Exception
• Status
• Start time
• End time

Tips: Slot lead time, Slot length, Slot fadeout and Slot maximum count are not needed if the site Status will be set as Close on that date.
