From the Menu bar, select Wristband Management (make sure that the wristband has been placed on the NFC)

A Wristband Management screen will be displayed.

Select the BALANCE tab.

The total amount of money available on the wristband will be seen.

At the bottom of the screen, select DELETE AND REFUND.

Select the payment method for the refund.

Enable /disable Print receipt as required

At the bottom right corner of the screen, the amount to be refunded can be seen

Select CONFIRM

A pop-up screen will indicate the amount/sum to be refunded, select OK

The screen returns to the Wristband homepage screen and success is displayed at the bottom of the screen.
