You can view past orders in the Orders tab at the Reporting & Activity page

To view orders:

• Using the navigation bar on the left, click Reporting & Activity

• Click on Orders

• Define the time range

  • You can either use the pre selection tabs or define the starting and ending times manually

• Select a merchant

  • You can either view the orders of a specific merchant or all the merchants

    

• To view the details of a specific order, click on the one you want to view

• The order details include:
  • Basic Information- Creation time, order number, delivery time etc.
  • Items- A list of all the items included in the order
  • Statuses- A list of the statuses and the times when the items moved to that particular status
