An existing channel configuration can be removed or deleted by following the steps below:

  1. Navigate to Sites on the Admin Console.
  2. A list of all the sites available will be listed on the right side of the screen.
  3. Select a site where the configuration is to be removed by clicking on the site.
  4. On the lefthand side of the screen, under the selected site, click Site channel configuration.
  5. A list of all the configurations will be listed according to their names.
  6. Identify the Site channel that is to be removed, Click REMOVE.
  7. A pop-up window will ask the administrator to confirm the removal action.
  8. Click YES if it is certain that the channel is to be deleted, otherwise, click CANCEL.

Note: Individual features under the edit section in the channel can also be removed by clicking the cancel icon as seen in the image below:
