You can create new users to Yonoton’s system.
Users can either by customers who use the app or employees who use the POS and admin console.
Important note: You can only create one user per email. For example, if you forget your credentials, do not create another user with the same email address since a duplicate will cause the email to be invalid, whether you log in with the same password or not.
- Using the navigation bar on the left, click Administration
- Select Users
- Click Create new

- Fill in the following user information:
- Email address
- First Name
- Last Name
- Then click Create

User details:
- There are a number of fields here that you can fill in with the correct details. It is up to the user to decide which details are necessary. The fields are:
- First name
- Last name
- Email
- Phone
- Employee number
- Business title
- Business unit name
- Street address
- Postal code
- Country
- City
- Birthday
- You can link users to customer accounts by clicking on the select column under Customer account and selecting the correct account.
- You can also enable testing by clicking on the toggle next to Testing enabled
