If an administrator manages more than one Merchant, it is possible to import products from one merchant to another. This means that the products in Merchant A will be synchronized with products from Merchant B. This will enable the administrator to be more effective and efficient. For example, if Merchant A is Burger Restaurant Helsinki and Merchant B is Burger Restaurant Jyväskylä, the following steps can be used to import products from Merchant B to Merchant A.

1. Select the Merchant where you want to add the new products. For example Merchant A.

   1. Note that Merchant B should be set as the main merchant. Only merchants set as main merchants can have products selectable for connection. For information on merchants check Creating a New Merchant.

2. Select Products from the navigation bar.

3. At the top right corner of the screen, click CONNECT PRODUCTS.

   

4. Click on the drop-down arrow next to Select merchants to import products.

   

5. Select the merchant from which you want to import the products. For example, Merchant B.

   

6. A list of all the products available in Merchant B will be displayed.

   1. All the products can be selected by turning on Select all.

   2. Individual products can be selected by checking the box before each product.

      

7. At the top-right corner click Import.

   

8. A pop-up window will be displayed at the bottom right corner of the screen indicating that the import was successful.

9. Administrators can confirm by searching for the products that have recently been imported into the merchant's product list.

Tips:

• A product can not be imported twice.
• Products connected to another merchant need to be assigned to the appropriate outlet for them to be available on the various sales channels.
