New products can be created or added to a merchant’s profile only when the merchant has first been created.
The following steps will guide the administrator in creating new products
From the navigation bar, select Merchants.
From the list of Merchants, select the desired merchant where the product is to be created. For instance, a new product will be added to the merchant Burger Restaurant Jyväskylä.
From the navigation bar select Products.
A list of products under the chosen Merchant will be displayed on the right side of the navigation bar. At the top right corner of the screen, click CREATE NEW.
Eight new tabs will be displayed. The administrator is responsible for filling out the details in each tab for every product that would be added to the merchant. The tabs to be filled are described in the next subsections below.
Click SAVE. Tips: Clicking SAVE is important to ensure that all the product information and settings are stored.
Note: If the administrator decides to stop creating the product, DISCARD can be selected instead of SAVE.
