The discounts given to a customer by a cashier are entered as manual discounts. The cashier has the responsibility of inputting the kinds of discounts to be given for a manual discount. Two types of discounts can be given: Cash discount and Percentage Discount.

Tips:

• In the Order Overview screen by selecting/tapping a particular product for about 2 seconds, cash discounts or percentage discounts can be added to individual products rather than to the whole order.
• Manual discounts should be given when the products requested by the customer are correct. If the discounts have been wrongly given, a refund may be made and the payment process has to be re-done.
